Nancy Penner is a Manitoba based artist who has been honing her skills for the past several years. Inspired by nature and her love of birds she paints with encaustic as well as combines the mediums of charcoal and watercolour to create a unique canvas. Nancy is the recent winner of the 2022 Westman Juried Show.
